Barbed Wire is a classic low-cost and highly protective metal isolation security product. It is made with high-quality low-carbon steel wire as the core material. Through automated CNC equipment, it completes the twisting and braiding of double strands of steel wire and the integrated winding of the barbed heads. This process forms uniform, firmly attached, and non-detachable sharp protective barbs on the main wire body, creating a barrier with no blind spots for physical prevention of climbing over. With its extremely strong protective deterrent power and adaptability, it is the most widely used basic protective product in the field of boundary isolation and security protection.Material selection coverage: The mainstream types include hot-dip galvanized wire rope, electro-galvanized wire rope, PVC/PE coated wire rope (available in multiple colors such as green, black, and yellow), and stainless steel wire rope. These can be customized to meet different requirements for corrosion protection levels, usage environments, and service life.Process and specifications controllable: Utilizing a fully automatic twisting weaving production process, the two strands of main wires are tightly twisted without loosening, the wire spacing is uniform, the wire tips are sharp, and there are no loose winding or missing wire issues. The standard wire diameter range is 1.6mm - 3.0mm, the standard wire spacing is 75mm - 150mm, the standard single roll length is 50 meters / 100 meters / 200 meters. Custom production of non-standard sizes, wire spacings, and wire diameters is supported.Full scene adaptability: Widely applicable to scenarios such as factory fences, orchards and farms, livestock enclosures, highway / railway boundaries, border security, prison detention centers, storage areas, temporary construction isolation, etc. It can be directly pulled and used for fixed purposes, or combined with blade wire nets and guardrail nets to form a high-grade composite security system.

The production process is mature and stable, with high utilization rate of raw materials. The procurement cost is much lower than that of physical fences and prefabricated guardrails and other security facilities of the same protection level. The finished product structure is stable. It does not require any maintenance or operation during daily use. Once installed, it can be used for a long time without any additional maintenance costs. It is a cost-effective choice for large-scale boundary isolation and large-area site protection scenarios.
The double-strand steel wire is formed by a single continuous twisting process. The main wire has high tensile strength and is not prone to being cut or broken. The needle tip is firmly combined with the main wire and is unlikely to fall off. The overall structure has good ductility and can withstand certain pulling and impact forces. It is unlikely to have local damage. Even if there is a small area of damage, it will not affect the overall protective performance and can provide long-term continuous security protection.
