Product Description

HS-1102H is an unsaturated polyester resin with medium reactivity, pre promotion, thixotropy, good wetability to glass fiber, stable curing speed and good workability. It has excellent water resistance and excellent comprehensive mechanical properties. It is suitable for hand lay-up/spray molding process to produce FRP products such as engine hood, automobile parts, boats, cooling towers, etc. This product complies with the relevant standards of EU RoHS regulations on the content of lead, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers.

1) Avoid exposure to heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam pipes. Stored in a dry place at temperatures below 25ºC.
2) Keep sealed to prevent moisture pick-up and monomer loss. Prolonged storage outside of recommended conditions can influence liquid resin properties like viscosity and gel time.
3) Transportation should fit the State Council "Chemistry Dangerous Articles Safety Management Regulations". Because it contains styrene monomer, it is hazardous and inflammable. 1) Method for making of cured performed as GB/T 8237-2005, Curing agent:AKZO M-50: 1.5%; 2) Post-cure:room temperature×24h + 60ºC×3h + 100ºC×3h. 1) The user shall select the corresponding type of resin according to the specific environmental conditions and construction process requirements. 2) HS-1102H is a thixotropic resin. The thixotropic agent sometimes settles during storage. It needs to be stirred gently before use to make it disperse evenly again. 3) The product should be stored in a cool place below 25 ºC to avoid fire, isolate heat sources such as direct sunlight or steam), and ensure that the barrel is sealed to prevent moisture intrusion and monomer volatilization.
